Building this site has been an eye opening experience. LOTS more work than I initially thought
and very rewarding in many many ways. By far the most rewarding thing has been the chance
to pass along information and announcements about important events.
At this time I would like to introduce this special page to list events that stand out as especially
important or unique. If an event is listed on this page as well as its regular place on the
calendar, you can take it to mean that I personally think that your participation at this event will
help to further the cause of all things automotive.
This is not to diminish any other event in any way; its just that some events stand out for what
I believe will be obvious reasons. I believe the State of Maine hosts some of the best events
you'll find anywhere. Most of them will benefit all manor of very deserving charities. Any given
weekend during show season will offer you more shows than you can possibly attend.
I believe Maine should become known for the quality and variety of its Car Shows and
events;we certainly have many of them! As a website, frankslistmae.com can virtually tell the
world about it. This list of "Events of Note" is simply a way to highlight those events for which,
If you miss them, you'll hate yourself in the morning!
